GSE students in the International Business and French Culture program at École Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur in La Défense, Paris, France participate in a course of study specifically designed for study abroad participants. Students at the beginning to intermediate French language proficiency level are able to take a French class an enroll in additional electives in English. Students at the advanced to superior French language proficiency level are able to enroll in courses instructed in French with native French students.
Students' language skills are evaluated at the beginning of the semester with a French aptitude exam.
