Eligibility
Global Student Experience is an equal opportunity study abroad program provider, and is thus committed to a policy of providing opportunities to people regardless of economic or social status and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnic origin, national origin, creed, religion, political conviction, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, veteran status, or physical or mental disability.
All students participating in GSE programs must be high school graduates and a minimum age of 18. Fluency may be used to determine eligibility to enroll in some courses and programs. GSE strongly recommends that students have at least one semester of college level language classes in the language of their preferred host country. For UB Barcelona programs, all Florence programs, and all Paris programs students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, while there is no minimum language requirement. For UPF programs in Barcelona, students must have a 3.0 GPA verified by an official transcript, have completed at least one semester of college level Spanish, and have at least junior standing by the time they will be abroad. All London students must have a minimum GPA of 2.7.
