Overview:
The overall objectives of this course are as follows:
- To discover the workings of the places of power and influence within the Community
- To comprehend the scale and importance of the lobbying taking place in the Community
- To judge what lobbying is in practical terms
- To present the political and institutional European context on a theoretical level
- To understand what a lobbying strategy is
- To determine the most efficient methods and means of convincing European decision-makers
- To demonstrate a lobbying strategy using current events
- To measure the results of a lobbying strategy
- To meet the European decision-makers and lobbies in Brussels

Teaching Methods:
Lectures, case studies, travel to Brussels

Evaluation:
Continuous assessment on case studies

PART 2 IMPLEMENTATION OF A POLITICAL STRATEGY
